This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
THE BASICS: write a Christmas/Holiday wish list. It can be any 10 wishes you'd like to have granted, no matter what they are. Possible or seemingly impossible. People look and grant the wishes if they can. It's not about "OMFG PRESENTS", it's about making someone else's holiday a little brighter by giving. Personally, I get more out of giving than receiving sometimes. It's just a good feeling to give.
STEP ONE ** Make a post in your journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want. ** If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. In this case, you can always just note someone on dA for the sake of privacy. ** Make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, so that others can join in and participate to spread the holiday joy!
STEP TWO ** Surf this forum ( [link] ) and browse the lists. Here's the important part: ** If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it. ** You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call. There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.
My list
1.) Thin thread bracelets I dont need to take off - [link]
2.) A polaroid camera :3
3.) Books, preferably modern, I like drama/emotional stuff.
4.) A PUPPY!
5.) Accessories. I like vintage things. I will make use of any jewellery. Rings especially - if they're too small I'll wear them on a chain around my neck. Anything to do with Wonder Woman - the cartoon style.
6.) To overcome anxiety, I've suffered 10 years too long - I don't want to be a person who never overcomes it. Maybe a letter from someone who suffers from it or has overcome it.
7.) I'd really like DA Subscription, as mine is running out.
8.) Coins from around the world. Like 1p's for example.
9.) A best friend who I can tell everything to and will always be there for me and vice versa.
10.) Something personal from someone, like a journal. I love knowing everything about people. I'm studying psychology/mental health at Uni in a couple of years I have a card and possibly a notebook on the way

Is it a bad sign that my homework seems easier the sleepier I get?
I'll add you to my sig for a month if you ask. I need a good reason to edit it more often! I generally leave it in sticky form.
Pray. No situation is too big or too small for God.
